SIFH is regionally recognised as the largest buyer and exporter of yellowfin tuna from Grenada. Our high-quality tuna is purchased from licensed fishing vessels in Grenada and exported to the U.S markets including New York's 'Fulton Seafood Market', Boston's famous 'Boston Fish Pier' and Miami.

Our yellowfin tuna is available in both steaks and fillets.

SIFH purchases a large amount of by-catch fish from our fleet which is made up of dozens of independent local fishermen. Our fishermen utilise a mix of traditional skills (passed down from previous generations), acquired local knowledge, and modern fishing techniques as they selectively harvest desirable species. To ensure the highest quality, fish are bled, cleaned, chilled (iced) at sea, and stored in insulated boxes as they travel back to our deep-water dock – ready to be relieved of their precious cargo in the cool, early morning. SIFH sells a variety of local seasonal fish such as tuna, swordfish, marlin, mahi mahi, king fish, sailfish, lobster and conch.
